Video will be back momentarily.
Thanks, I'm looking forward to it :)
ps many thanks for the wonderful moments you've given with your videos; you're my favorite snob !
Happy New Year Mr. Snob!
Since you've mentioned Cannon Films, I'll have to watch this film!
Another year come and gone :(
I thank you Snob for introducing me to mediocrity and exploitation wonder.
Just wondering why videos have been popping me over to youtube vs. being embedded and playing on the site?
Because ads aren't playing when they're embedded on the site. Once ads return, I'll start embedding again.
Thank you for clearing that up! I kept thinking there was something wrong with my browser, or at least something on my end, and kept feeling like I was ripping you off without trying to. =)
I gotta say, there were so many great moments this year that it should have been a top 20 list. :D
I'm a little surprised that The Passion of the Santa Christ didn't make the #1 spot, though, instead giving way to something a little less obvious.
Great list, Snob!
i miss jake..
You can comment about him as much as you want, just remember that Brad isn't going to bring him back.
Good for you. People continuously commenting about how much they miss that duplicitous piece of shit is really getting old.
jesus christ did i miss something?
wow i really did miss something.. ya fuck that guy..
This video, especially that last bit, is the ultimate "fuck you" to Jake.
I miss "Jake and the Fatman," too. =( Even the DVDs are out of print!
All TV shows and movies with the ****** and ******* title format are gold, pure gold! Netflix should be nothing but a 24 hour a day streaming of Jake and The Fatman, Harcastle & McCormick, Simon & Simon, Mcmillan & Wife, Freebie and the Bean....
I should be able to get my finances to the point where I can afford to give Brad some Patreon funding this year. Introducing me to Miss Velma' Christmas Special is a gift beyond measure all by itself. Just watching the ads isn't enough repayment.
I look forward to this every year for Fat Grandma and Bastard Film Brain. "Toodloo, Bitch-Tits" still makes me chuckle to this day.
And then Krip-Toe Ted made everything depressing...
Holy crap, Brad. Nice job on being shown on the news in your area. Besides, I've already seen The Force Awakens three times before Christmas Eve (once in IMAX), and three times is my limit on seeing a single movie in the theater. BTW, I love that you're self aware of being an character on the internet. You're like the Deadpool of Internet reviewers, right next to Phelous.
10. The only movie I almost puked to was Cloverfield when Lizzy Caplan exploded.
9. Goddamn, I love that bastard Film Brain.
8. I'm just glad that Fat Grandma isn't one of MY grandmothers, and seriously, Linkara, throw the bitch into a home before she messes with Comicron One again.
7-5. At least you weren't the one who directed Heaven's Gate.
4. I don't know which is sadder: Travis Crabtree beating The Cinema Bum to death with a golf club, or this.
3. I just hope we get to see more Snob reviews of Bruno Mattei movies, like Rats.
2. I still feel sad for Santa Christ. At least he got better in the Nostalgia Critic's review of Christmas with the Kranks.
1. I'm just glad that my dad got me a copy of American Graffiti that I could used to wash the images of Cruisin' 57 out of my head.
Real #1. You really got me there, Brad.
Congratulations, Brad! Another successful year, and another year of wonderful videos. This year, I officially became a Cinema Snob fan as I tried to make my way through every video. The death of Blip caused some issues, but I'm still going. I should be fully caught up soon.
11:30--What, no Bea Arthur? I'm totally disappointed! Not too mention the Top Ten list didn't include "The Star Wars Holiday Special! Stir! Whip! Stir! Whip!
Loved the list. Wish there were mentions from the Star Wars Holiday Special, Susperia, and Bingo. Still great year of the Cinema Snob. Sad that the Bros. are no more, but I understand.
As for 2016, CANNON FILMS!!!!!! I can't wait!
The previous Cannon Films Brad already reviewed as The Snob are New Year's Evil and the Lou Ferrigno Hercules movies,
Ah, been waiting for this.
Holy shit, I called it!
As much as I like the Cinema Snob--and this year being one of my favorites--any news on the development of scripted shows?
I consider '80s Dan pretty much dead. The Reviewers is dead...ish, from what I can tell (with a few tweaks, there's hope for a revival). And Lloyd is still gaining momentum.
Anyway, I look forward to the Snob's snarky comments in 2016; it should be good.
The main roster for 2016 is another DVD of exclusive uncensored Snob episodes, a movie satire of religious films, more episodes of Lloyd, and whatever comes up in between.
And more reviews of Tequila and Bonnetti?
"another DVD of exclusive uncensored Snob episodes"
*sigh* And just when I thought I wouldn't need to add another pornographic DVD into my collection...
YES! You're doing the religious movie?
Can't wait for it.
I want to make a religious superhero movie called Bibleman, about a guy in a cape who beats the shit out of people with a Bible.
Just have to say that "Bibleman" sounds awesome.
Huh. It's been done already.
God bless you Brad.
He's back! He's the man behind the mask.
90's family pictures
As you may have guessed, I'm a big Donald Pleasence fan. You also might have seen me post around here. Not much.
Any-hoo, before I ramble, can I suggest a few movies?
Death Line / Raw Meat
Moi, general de Gaulle (Good luck finding that)
The Great Escape 2
And now, for the rambling.
There's a movie I don't know the name of. It's a zombie movie, you see. I saw scenes from it, a couple years back, and I forgot about it 'til recently. I've got no idea how to find it again, which sucks, 'cos it was pure awesome.
First off, there were some survivors, behind a barricade, trying to keep the zombies out, yeah? And there were tons of them. Tons of zombies, all headed to that location. And the survivors, they're pretty much boned.
But then, with some nice rockin music, over the hill (I'll add the fact that the zombies were on a road, on a hill, and they were going down it).
But then, over the hill, just come a ton of bikers on motorcycles, flying by. Some of them have guns, and they're firing away at the zombies, and one of them has a baseball bat, and we get a closeup of the baseball bat making a zombie's head explode.......
It was sheer awesome.
Anyway, don't know if you're reading this....... Hey, you have to be reading this, otherwise..... WAit, I'm reading this. That's why I hear myself talking.
I'm losing my mind.
Anybody knows what that movie was, it'd be much appreciated!
Also, I forgot to mention "The Mutations", Donald Pleasence, Tom Baker.
Have a good day now, person reading this!
Just a suggestion: Brazilian Wizard of Oz for the Summer Olympics in Rio?
Sorry Brad, but this might be your worst year as The Cinema Snob yet. You promised more Italian horror movies, but you only did a few, and even then you did the popular ones, no obscure ones whatsoever. Your choice for the 300th Episode was horrible, filled with bad jokes and a truly insulting reference to the Bros, one of the few funny thing you came up with last year. I also don't care much for your Christmas reviews. Almost all of them were WAY too recent, past the cutoff date of 1995. And don't even get me started on your Passion of the Christ "review", it wasn't even a review, it was just a bunch of sketches lazily thrown together, you didn't even say why you didn't like it. You have to try to impress me this year. Actually show more Italian horror. Actually show Cannon Films. Actually show more obscure movies. No more of these cop-dog buddy, family comedy, Kirk Cameron, Tyler Perry and Grumpy Cat garbage that deviates TOO far from what made The Cinema Snob who he was. As a fellow Troll who only lives and breathes in the comment sections, I was extremely disappointed by your lack of efforts.
You're that guy who wrote that shitty CinemaSnobSucks blog aren't you? Well it seems like it because you two have the same shitty tastes in hating things that are different. Listen buddy, you're not going to ruin The Cinema Snob 2016, so pack your shit and get the fuck out.
So Brad, any plans on reviewing the Tobe Hooper / Cannon Films Triple Feature with includes Lifeforce, Invaders from Mars and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2? It would be interesting to see you Snob up those movies.
Some of the older archived videos of 2009 were brought over from the youtube account before thecinemasnob.com was created, so please forgive the lesser video quality of such as some did not transfer well.
