Is Sarah doing a Stallone impression in the "Aloha" screen capture? lol
Maybe she's practicing it when she has to go see the new Rocky spinoff Creed with Brad this fall!
I AM...THE LAW!!!
Take a shot for every time Brian says, "like"!
II didæa. annf imi notsf even drunkna.
Also, Brad, said "like" a bunch of times. You gonna drink at HIS expense? Bastard!
How about every time Dave bitches about something? Or every time Sara blinks? Every time Brad says "um" & "yeah"?
Nobody's perfect, you....... you smarmy bastard!
I did that. But instead of drinking I paused the video and masturbated.
Naw. With Brad you're supposed to take a drink every time he makes an obscure reference to a movie nobody has ever seen.
I'm counting how many times Brad can say "in any way, shape or form". He must love to say it.
Meh, it's just a vocal tic he's always had.... you get used to it. Kinda like how Brad constantly uses 'fuck' to flavor his speech. :)
One of Brad´s favourite phrases is appearently "in any way, shape or form" :)
Also when Brad says Mhmm
oh shit mad respect to Brad getting back in the saddle so early even though his shoulder is all fucked
African American? Dude, she's British :P
You have just found a hate crime. We must report this to tumbl, the UN and the feminist-world-police!
Hey fuckface, "shemale" is a slur. I know your favorite porn sites don't think so, but maybe you should take that into account when you're strawmanning political correctness.
I just got a HUUUUUGE tolerancegasm from pointing out that Shemale is wrong to say.
Seriously: I CAME SO HARD THAT RAINBOW COLORED MILK SPRANG FROM MY MULTI-RACIAL NIPLES!!!
Jesus, if I knew I would be getting replies like these I wouldn't have bothered.
You made the mistake of confusing people with a fact. You see pointing out that someone inaccurately described as Black American isn't actually an American is
seen as politically correct liberal-fascism rather than just gently correcting an inaccuracy.
I was just saying. Didn't mean anything by it.
It was a sarcastic comment aimed at the people replying to you who for some reason think facts are oppressing them. What theses guys are doing is a symptom of stupidity that doesn't even fit with the vague joke they are attempting to make. The actress in question, lives in England, was born in England, works mainly in England She is in short English. Pointing it out isn't politically correct pedantry based on some sort of identity politics thing. . It's simply a statement of fact like pointing out that Peter Jackson is a New Zealander and the Pope is a Catholic. But that's the Mom's basement brigade for you.
San Andreas sounds wonderfully hokey, it's only missing the ancient monsters crawling out of the cracks in the Earth for Dwayne Johnson to subdue with his RockCopter and fists of fury.
I feel like there should be silly, highly inaccurate action figures for San Andreas.
You know, I kinda want 80s/90s style "None of This was in The Movie" Action figures to make a comeback.
Or an evil military group threatening to detonate a nuke.
Am I the only one who thought "Otisburg? Otisburg...?"
Hey Brad. I sent you a message over on Facebook but I aren't sure if you saw it - so I just wanted to copy it here too:
Sorry to see about your injuries man. I had a really nasty head injury a couple of years ago (its in my pics). I just wanted to advise you to use something that helped me greatly. Here in the UK we call it Bio Oil. I'm assuming it's the same in the states. Either way, use it daily for a couple of months and it will greatly, greatly help with the scarring and make it much less visible. Hope you heal up soon and get back to your old ways.
Hawai'i natives are seeking recognition as an indigenous peoples (similar to Native American Tribes) for several reasons, but one is that most of their trade treaties have yet to lapse, meaning they could resume trade without being subject to US Tariffs and Customs.
Dear Max Force-
Hawaii is actually not Legally a state. This was voted on, but prior to that Hawaii was Illegally overthrown, and the vote that happened is null and void because of this fact. Even thou it doesn't matter to our government, Hawaii is not legally a state. Feel the white guilt!
You can read an article about it here- http://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/HAWAII/hawaii.php#axzz3baTKmETT
Also, there something wrong with posting a comment below so I had to reply to someone to post?
Kinda the same that is happening or happened with Puerto Rico -sigh- why must treat the indigenous people like this
You are half right. Yes, Hawaii was illegally overthrown, an act that we wouldn't get an apology for until the Clinton administration. But it is a legal state. The monarchy was over thrown in 1893, what happened was illegal and Grover Cleveland opposed it, but in 1898 Hawaii was "legally" annexed by the US Government. You see, between 1893 and 1898 the Republic of Hawaii became the established governing body and all that is required for a legal annexation is consent from the standing government and a willingness on the part of the US. So, while the US government said that coup was illegal they did nothing to aid the Hawaii people in reestablishing their former government which desperately wanted to be sovereign again. Which meant that when the Republic of Hawaii petitioned to become a territory, even though nothing had changed and it was the same people, because they were the established government it was considered a legal annexation (as pointed out in the Newlands Resolution). And as a now legal territory, Hawaii could be turned into a state in 1959.
I am so disappointed that San Andreas is not based on the game Disaster: Day of Crisis. It was so close! The protagonist is named Ray. Earthquakes. Floods. Tidal waves. All they needed was some evil military group threatening to detonate a nuke and I would've said, "Eh, close enough.".
The mentions of Earthquake and the Universal ride for it made me laugh because the first time I saw a commercial for San Andreas it reminded me of the ride that replaced it a few years ago. Look up Mutha Nature to see what I'm talking about if you don't know, it's hilarious.
Sarah has much better "when I've had a few drinks" movie tastes than Dave. Hated I'm Not There, but I can watch/listen to Sweeney Todd or Enchanted any day of the week.
so... I guess I better watch Mad Max a 3rd time instead of wasting my money on San Andreas
YES! Give Max as much as you can spare! We must not have another miscarriage of justice like Dredd suffered. Proceed, Mr. Andre, the future belongs to the mad!
As some one who lives in Hawaii, and is in fact Hawaiian, I'm sorta bummed that we got another film taking place in Hawaii that stars or revolves around a bunch of white people, and it seems as though the film is getting a lot of flack for that here.
I'm not one to complain about white-washing in movies, but this does sorta bother me.
Hey, Emma Stone's character is part Hawaiian. And there is, like, one entire Hawaiian with a speaking part. What more do you want? Two Hawaiians?
I think The Descendants was a lot better about how it used Hawaii.
I loved descendants
I agree the white washing in hollywood needs to stop in this day and age there is no need for it
I find a huge injustice of what happened to the Hawaiian people
Same here. I grew up in hawaii, born and raised and it's pretty frustrating that a majority of movies that uses Hawaii as its focus point completely fails to actually grasp the spirit of what makes Hawaii, Hawaii from a local perspective.
Actually, Brad, you look kind of cool. That said, don't fall off your porch again.
Don't worry about it, guy!
Just let your trouble melt like lemon drops, high above the chimney tops.
Saw San Andreas - and thought most of it was boring, but it kinda started getting fun towards the end...
It gives you exactly what you expect and that's it.
Need to see Aloha for myself now...
How convincing was Emma Stone being part Hawaiian and Chinese?
Jerry Maguire's okay, but the best movie Cameron Crowe has made so far is Almost Famous. Based on his own life story and written by him also. It's been downhill for him ever since. He's pretty much the white Shyamalan - he's M. White Shyamalan.
Of all his movies, I'd say Say Anything is the only one that is really aging well. Almost Famous and Jerry Maguire I find maddening, if for no other reason than people somehow thought Kate Hudson and Cuba Gooding Jr deserved a Golden Globe and an Oscar for two really grating performances.
Dave's OH MY GOD, was hilarious.
Get well soon, Brad.
What a bleak week of films being released! Guess either have to rewatch Fury Road or wait till Inside Out is released. Basically that's the only film I'm excited to see this summer. Maybe Fantastic Four but unsure about that right now.
Don't worry, Sarah. We got your Risky Business reference.
As per discussing Bond while covering the trailers you saw, this gem will never lose its luster... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6CoNUE5Zho
Dave, it might comfort you to know that Spy currently holds a 96% on Rotten Tomatoes
I could have sworn Aloha was a lock for my personal top 10 worst films of the year list.
Somehow it's now dropped to #11.
Damn this has been a HORRIBLE year for movies.
