Aaaaaand nobody cares :/
Aww thanks :)
<insert Jurassic Park joke here>
Sounds like at Halloween you were sitting in from of Loud Howard
Would have been great if Ben Traymer found out Laurie was in the hospital (not knowing why) and went to visit her in his costume. "Surprise!".
Turns out he was the one Loomis blew up at end. Poor Ben Traymer.
Ha! I just imagined that stupid twist from Resurrection, but with Ben instead of the paramedic, brilliant!
I've actually seen Halloween in a theater, at a movie marathon I go to every Halloween.
Two great horror classics! Hope AMC re-releases Horror of Dracula for next Halloween!
Oh, another Violet video! Sweet! I like her.
The first Halloween movie? You mean the Rob Zombie one? I jest.
It is a bit remarkable how much of John Carpenter's work has been remade, Assault from Precinct 13, The Thing (I don't view it as a remake of "The Thing from Another World"), Halloween, I think I read that Escape from New York is also getting a remake. Nothing is sacred anymore :(
You don't view Carpenter's The a Thing a remake, when it is. But you do view the other The Thing a remake, when it's actually a prequel?
See now I want Snob and friends to make "Halloween: The Ben Tramer Story." It can be a short film that follows Ben Tramer around during his day doing good deeds, helping little ladies cross the street, get cats out of trees, and wear the dumb mask his sick sister gave him that he doesn't even like but wears anyway to make her happy as he goes trick or treating in her stead since she can't get out of bed anymore. And the ending can be the scene from Halloween 2 tacked on.
Yay! Happy Halloween, everyone! (Almost.)
Dude, she is totally Down To Frankenstien.
If you haven't ignored me on princible after the pun, those are my favorite of the universal films too.
another extremely fuckable girl in your life - how do you do it, brad? i'm dying to know. i'm horny and lonely
Keep trying, bro. If you make videos of yourself eating fast food and watching grade-Z films then maybe you too could have the ladies flocking to you. But regular dudes like me, chicks won't even talk to. That's why I'm a member of the MGTOW lifestyle.
Turkish Young Frankenstien for Thanksgiving- with more Ed Glaser cameos referencing Calcavon video or whatever it was.
Can someone tell me how a generic dance movie called Dancin': It's On! is getting a wide release in over 700 theaters? I wonder if it's playing at Brad's theater.
You know, I love watching a movie with someone who's never seen it.
But has Violet seen Dumb and Dumber?
A fun Frankenstein movie I remember seeing years ago was The Bride. It had Warwick Davis as the half of the comic relief and Sting as Dr. Frankenstein.
Brad, please make a "Brad Tries" out of the chicken salad from Violet's work! That would be fucking hilarious!
Okay. Now you HAVE to make that Ben Traymor short! You should make it a POV movie so at the end you can splice in the clip from the movie to be the first shot from third person. =D
Really? You showed her Carpenter's version, what with all the mystery surrounding the Michael Myers character, perhaps making him more menacing?
Who needs that, when Zombie's film shows you WHY he does what he does. You know, because it's essential seeing him growing up in some white trash environment, and being bullied at school.
A real missed opportunity for Violet.
Repo was something of a mixed bag for me, but Sarah Brightman was definitely a highlight and my favorite character in it. And yes, screw those post Scream posters, they're absolute garbage. Thankfully we've seemed to gotten away from that trend.
Ah Kwame, he is currently doing Federal time right now. It's been awhile since I've heard about him. Violet, you keep getting more awesome :)
Violet's comment about "...now people are going to go 'Why are you dating her when she hasn't seen...'...."
Who dates who or they don't has nothing to do with anything.
Actually, it's more that I'd like an idea now of what she hasn't seen so I can judge her reviews accordingly. If she were to say some movie is the "greatest comedy I've ever seen" after this it's not going to mean as much knowing she's never seen "Young Frankenstein". See what I mean?
Also, it's kind of more fun dating someone who hasn't seen all the movies you have, because you can then watch them with them.
I just got back from a screening of The Shining. First time I've ever seen it on the big screen.
while everyone will be watching Michael Myers, I'm actually going to dress as Michael Myers. and unlike everyone else who will most likely be watching horror movies this evening (since it's now October 31st by the time I'm typing this), I'll most likely be playing Doom & Doom II and maybe Doom 3 on the original Xbox.
Brad, how could you forget to see the new movie coming out this week that everyone's talking about... Dancin': It's On! ? Honestly, I just wanted to you to see it since there's no reviews for it anywhere on YouTube and I am extremely puzzled how it got a wide release, especially after seeing the trailer.
I too saw JC's Halloween with a lady friend last year, quite the experience seeing a movie you own on dvd/blu ray on the big screen. Did it again for Ghostbusters & would gladly do it for Robocop or Tim Burton's Batman. WOW! Got off topic, sorry. Happy Halloween from all of us at Camp Anawanna!!!
And when I think about you, it makes me wanna fart!
Had my nose not been bitten off by a parrot in the Philippines I'd take offense to that!
So no Steve Jobs?
Ah well. Good videos.
I'm glad you got to go see Halloween in theaters. I got my chance to see it in Washington DC back in 2013. the weirdest thing is that the audience I went to see it with were not frightened, they were laughing through most of the movie. I kept asking myself if I went with the wrong crowd.
as far as Ben Tramer goes, I would totally love to see you make that movie. in fact, the Blonde Michael Myers mask is now a real product. the mask company Trick Or Treat Studios has been making the best Michael Myers mask from the past 3-4 years. they started with Halloween II, then they continued last year with Halloween 6 (which is the mask I still have since last year), Halloween H20, & Halloween Resurrection, and this year the actually released the Ben Tramer Blonde Michael Myers mask for $59.99 which you can find at this link: http://trickortreatstudios.com/halloween_2_ben_tramer_head_mask.html
next year, they plan to release masks from Halloween 4, Halloween 5, and the original 1978 mask.
I also forgot to mention that they also made all 3 Silver Shamrock masks from Halloween 3. they have a lot of cool masks from other franchises plus some accessories especially from the Halloween films including the tools Michael used to kill his victims as well as the pumpkin from both Halloween II & Halloween 6.
here's something I never understood about Annie from Halloween. there's a scene where she cleans her clothes for spilling butter on her pants. so, how the hell did she lock herself inside the laundry room? wouldn't that be just as stupid as locking yourself inside your own car with the key inside the ignition?
Way to not know who the mayor is when Ossie Langfelder the former mayor of Springfield just died 10 days ago Brad. Good job.
Just kidding I only know that because I just looked it up.
Also the current mayor of Springfield is his son so that's there's that.
Halloween 3 is shit
not that its any of my business but i cant wrap my head around that girl, she is clearly a groupie since brad is semi-famous.but she seem kinda sweet.but as someone said, does she even watch movies?
and yeah she is clearly super much younger than brad.
but i shouldnt be talking,i recently dated someone half my age too.
24(I'm guessing) is half of 33? Dude, your math sucks. Also, I don't know what the age of consent is in Illinois, but I'm guessing if Brad was dating someone half his age, that would be illegal.
The age of consent in Illinois is 17. Bad is according to his IMDB page 34. So yes, he would be allowed to date a girl half his age.
She's taller than Brad though. Short guys get an exception on dating younger girls since they don't look older. Look at Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. But since I'm a nice guy and an average height with average looks and an average job, chicks won't even give me the time of day.
You preferred Tom Waits' Renfield to Dwight Frye's? Bela, Dwight Frye and Edward Van Sloan are pretty much the only reasons to watch the original Dracula.
Bela's best performances were in Son of Frankenstein and The Black Cat. <3
