But since I am 37 year old virgin who dosent know the differences between the sexual diseases and their symptons, I just didnt bother.

Because there is one sexual disease that leaves wounds and such in the face. And im sure such a rumor could be fun even for Brad. But then again: maybe not. So i didnt do it.

On a serious note, I am glad your doing better. I understand about the epilepsy. I am lucky to be alive really, considering the first seizure I ever had they found me in the bathtub. Thankfully the water had drained out somehow. Haven't had one in a while thankfully. Hope you don't have anymore or ever have one again, because they really are crappy.

I crashed my bike a few months ago and hurt my right hand and ribs. Getting dressed in the morning was hell. Let alone wiping your ass.LOL Using the other hand was not a success. You take that stuff for granted when you're not hurt.

Apparently from what I heard on /tv, Brad had invited Jake and his now ex to a bar for some drinks to try and smooth things over. The two went out for a smoke break and were drunk as hell, and started to have a heated argument. Jake was itching for a fight, and Brad jumped in by going for his throat twice and got flipped. I also heard he stabbed Jake in the leg and they both ended up in the hospital.

Well now that's a much better story!! Seriously though, no, that's just a rumor that got started; I talked about it a bit over on the DHI forums. If Jake and I got into a fight, I would look a lot worse than I do now. I'm a twig and Jake's the freakin Hulk. Also if there were some kind of fight, I wouldn't have been stitched up and discharged within a few hours. There'd be cops involved and we'd be in county lockup and looking at court appearances. I certainly wouldn't be so lighthearted about my condition either.

First off bullsht. Second, even if it were true it is Brad's personal life, it is none of our business. I come to the site for the Cinema Snob and for other things like Midnight reviews. I just hope Brad heals well, and even though it isn't my place, hopefully his insurance covers him well enough that he won't have to expedite his work process while injured. Even if what was said about Jones was true, the fact is that all people have a little drama in their lives, and it is his life, it has literally no effect on any viewers.

It's not surprising that a severe migraine can be followed by a seizure. My doctor says that they are actually pretty closely connected, and in my case, every time I've had a seizure I have had the worst headache several hours before. Mine feels different than yours, though.

Unfortunately no. With Jake gone, and also Alex moved away with his family, it'd be hard to do anymore Game Boys. Also due to legal reasons, we're not able to release a DVD, but perhaps commentary tracks could be done sometime.

Youch! I had a similar experience waking up after flat boarding at a bar due to dehydration. Thankfully, the floor was wooden and built in the early 1900s (A hell of lot softer than concrete). Speedy recovery..shoulder injuries are rough.

Don't ever feel pressured that you have to release videos on a regular basis. Trust me...recovery is more important. Good luck :]

My mom has epilepsy and those same kind of symptoms happen to her and it varies for whether or not she actually has a seizure because of it. There have been several times where she's had to pull over and had me drive for her or something because she was getting headaches. It's always best to play it safe in those situations.

I'll try to come up with my own story for what happened:

Lloyd began to have an inflated ego after learning that he was getting his own series and was jealous of you for all the attention you were getting. After all, the series is called Lloyd. His jealously lead him to push you off the railing so that he can take over your spotlight. Since he failed, he;s now trying to suck up to you as heard in the video by all of his meowing, since this is his best chance at getting the attention he believes he deserves.

The talk about your headaches, or I am sure its pretty much a migraine. Remind me of the migraines that I get, and I never got them checked out and I have had them for years but I just get them once in a while (last one was almost 9 months ago), so infrequent that I just thought its something that happens with me. A eye doctor later on said I have a Stigma in my right eye that makes my eyeball shaped like a oval a bit and that it might be the cause of my headaches.

The way you talk about it I might ask a doctor if there is anything epilepsy related that might have anything to do with it. I don't know what triggers them but I get about what you said, pain, stomach hurts, my eyes don't want to stop blinking/just are irradiated by light, and one of the more unusual aspects I get the chills like really really bad.

yeah brad man take care, and make sure you add your incident into your snob video as well when you do get around to make it. you have to laugh about in some form ya know? anyways, as for the epilepsy talk i've had it since birth. and i also take tegretal or however the fuck it's spelled? mine is the cheap brand but it works for me, and i also take kepra as well. anyways i have no idea about the headach and the stomach as you were talking about is true or not.

i haven't had a seizure since 7th grade and i'm 36. and i was always asleep when i had one too. another thing is for me that if i can feel my blood running fast that's when i know i forgot to take my beds. that's the only way i can explain it to make it sound any kind of sense, as for the Ritz. hell yeah man Jelly Roll Baby he's my Jelly Roll. that's a line from it if i said it right for those who haven't seen it by the way. great film and i'm surprised you don't have that fucker on dvd and i think it's on blu-ray too but i'm not sure? anyways thanxs for an update and i'm glad you are home now man

I saw your pictures on facebok pretty brutal stuff brad. However to make you feel better I am trying to lose weight and when I achieve my goalo you and a few others will get ashoutout because seeing you lose our weight, it really was int he back of the mind when I decided finally after many false starts enough was enough. So yes I weig a lot tless but hey brad you will better soon though seeing the should thing makes me so sympatric to you. I had a leg problem where it felt like someone ws constantly shooting me in my left leg and I found it difficult to walk. However I got better before I ahd to have surgery but I know a surgery si in my future.

I hope you start to feel better soon, I dislocated my elbow a year ago and the one handed thing SUCKS! If you use mostly the mouse for editing you can switch the settings so it works left handed, that is what I had to do.

I dont know about anyone else, but I personally have a fucked up wrist that given time with threaten the use of my right hand + no ability to afford insurance... mix that in with i'm right handed and prefer to look at still photography for spank material than video, i have learned to be moderately ambidextrous with my left hand... and me slicing a sizeable chunk of my right thumb off in a mandoline recently... lets say i learned to be a bit more about my left hand over my right.

you really need to prepare for a worst case scenario that still allows you to function brad. you dont need to be great at using the non dominate hand, but basic mouse movement is something you should be able to do.

hell, in my case i learned to play video games moderately well with my feet as an in case my hands become useless, would rather have the skill now and not need it than need it and not have it.

Man, I'm just glad the gravel didn't hurt your eye too bad. Eyebrow scar should be fine and your shoulder will heal. If you feel like you're rotting away not making content, you could always riff until you're 100%. That's the least physically straining show that you have, and I'd rather have a couple of those than have you struggle into the costume.

All right, that was legit hilarious. "Lloyd" looks so much better than "Game Boys," which quite frankly, I couldn't stand at all. The animation is just so much better, you can definitely see how that patreon funding really helped for this show's production. The writing seems better too. I'm definitely looking forward to this.

Now, I don't think anyone would be upset with you if slowed down for a month or two. It's astonishing how many shows, films, and other projects you have going on all at the same time, so some downtime might be in order till things heal up. Just remember to tell girls that you got your scar in a barfight. Chicks dig scars from barfights.

Honestly, I know you want to keep content on the site but I'm more concerned about your health. Take some time off to heal and get well. Hell, send Dave and the others to this weeks movies. I'm sure you can play the sympathy card to have them go see San Andreas and Aloha. Also, as a previous comment mentioned, you might wanna get some button up short sleeve shirts to wear until your shoulder is 100% again.

Between the fall and the Lloyd clip, now I'm imagining a Law and Order-type scenario where we find out Brad didn't just fall, he was pushed--an attempted murder for making Jake or Brian or Dave see one too many shitty Midnight Screenings.

And then it turns out it was actually Sarah all along, because it can't be the obvious suspects. ;)

Brad, you look like shit. Take some time and do some really easy shit. Do another Brad Tries or two (do one one your meds, that would be a laugh), maybe get Dave and Brian to come over and do a vlog on Kung Fury, that seems right up your alley and should be an easy video to just throw together).

But take a little time to get your shoulder going, because there's no rushing an injury like that.

Everybody needs some time for mental/physical health. Take it easy and heal yourself. Hey, maybe even take a proper vacation if you can swing it. Find a beach (er... lake?), and chill out or something for a few days. Creative people always make better stuff when they're feeling rested.

After you spoke about the feeling you get before you have seizures, I had to show my Daddy and ask if those were similar to the feeling he used to get before he had one. He was epileptic for 9 years and it got so bad that he couldn't go 2 weeks without having a grand mal (not sure what they call it these days). He always said he would have what he called a "creepy" feeling that he always found difficult to describe. He said his pre-seizure feeling was not like yours. He would always have a piercing headache after his seizure, not before. His feeling was - as he puts it - a creepy feeling. Like a chill going through his body. Thank God he had that brain surgery in 2004. He has - again, thank God and the doctors - been completely seizure free for almost 11 years now (Dr. Batista, Dr. Narayn (not sure if I spelled that right, if not, I apologize) If you are out there and reading this, thanks for saving my Father).

I hope your epilepsy is under control, Brad. Have you ever considered looking into surgery to try and fix the problem?

Well, I hope you get better, man. God bless. I will say a quick prayer for your health, tonight.

I've blacked out a few times... it's not fun. Fortunetly I've managed to fall in ways that nothing got injured. The last time it happened I fainted onto a bin of recycling and scared the shit out of my brother. Was heading to my computer then realized I was on the floor. First time... like, 14 years ago I was in the apartment my family was in the time home sick from school, passed out and landed on one of those dolley things that you move boxes with. No injury but god did it hurt for a day. Hope you get over the pain soon Brad.

I've already explained every single hole in that story, but if you want to keep on believing it, that's your problem.

Also, I haven't been depressed in a while, I'm currently in a relationship with someone else, things are actually going pretty damn well for me, and that version of my breakup with Rayn is as ridiculous as Jake judo flipping me.

If people want to keep bringing the past up to bring more attention to themselves, or to try to stir shit up, whatever, but the past is the past, and my life has moved on.

Brad, I don't know what's really going on. I talked to Jake on his Facebook page today. He claims you two went out that night for drinks. You got crazy drunk, ran at him to choke him over this girl Rayn that left you for him, and he "judo flipped" you on your face. He claims he's got the police report to backup his claims. He also claims you're jealous and angry about him stealing Rayn from you. A trait, might I add, that I don't see in you having since you were so willing to expose Jillian's breasts in your movie, a move I don't ever see the jealous type doing. Anyway, a blogspot page called the "I Hate The Cinema Snob" has taken quotes from Jake and Rayn's Facebook page, and a supposed letter from you trashing Jake for stealing Rayn from you. If I had not seen that gorgeous blonde Violet with you in Chicago over the weekend I might have believed Jake's story, but the hole there is if you were so suicidal that night then you wouldn't be with a new girl today. Oh and Jake claims he saved your life that night too, which is why he didn't press charges against you since you attempted to attack him. Look, I'm not really looking to get in the middle of your life. Whatever you do with your personal life is none of my business, but when this shit leaks like this its gonna affect fans like me to a certain level. I hope this drama all dies down soon so we can get back to enjoying your work.

Honestly, like I've said a lot, I'm really happy with my life now, I've moved on from any past shit, and I've even wished Jake the best in other comments. If this stuff comes up again, whatever, I'm just going to ignore it, it's really the best thing to do at this point. I've got amazing things going on in my life right now, and it's all just a headache that I don't need or want, especially since my head currently has stitches in it =) I've said all that needs to be said about everything.

I completely understand, Brad. It seems to me that the only one stirring shit up is Jake and Rayn. They want to be as popular as you are, and that pisses them off that they aren't. I didn't even know this other shit was happening until yesterday when Jake posted a link from the "I Hate The Cinema Snob" blogspot page yesterday. And funny thing is I think either him or Rayn created it to spread unfounded rumors. When you boil the bullshit down to what it's all about it's jealousy. Lloyd looks just fantastic! From the preview clip I'm impressed with the art style and the animation is technically pretty impressive as I've seen broadcast animated shows that aren't as well done. I love the concept too!

Take cars of yourself Brad. I too know the double pain of sustaining a painful injury in an embarrassing manner. Even the time I crashed a motorcycle it didn't give me a great story to go along with the scar as I was going bicycle speed when it happened.
