Incredibly well done episode, bravo I can't believe how engaged I was to hear you talking about this gruesome movie and I think I'll check it out. I'm not to sure because you say it's as gruesome as 3 of the movies I'll probably never watch: Salo, Cannibal Holocaust and Antichrist and I've seen allot of horror/gore movies. Maybe I'll see even the first episode but I was really bummed out that the first one didn't show the running time and sometimes I close the browser and I can't search at that one were I was watching. Bruno Mattei really made his Magnum Opus with this movie and I can't wait to see what other films form his body of work you will consider reviewing on the show. Reply to this

Awesome episode. You're absolutely correct on this film. My father and myself decided to see this after I picked up the Grindhouse Experience and it just sucked the air out of the room. Not even the corpse revival scene could break the misery of the film. Reply to this

I think it's funny that the more painful the movie is, the less people you get to discuss it. I'm a connoisseur of bad cinema, I don't know if I could have made it through this one. Reply to this

This is probably my favorite episode on the Bruno Mattei show. The discussion between Brad and Brian about the movie as well as the clips from the movie make for an interesting viewing experience. Plus the movie itself sounds like a greatly disturbing exploitation film; great soundtrack! I'm always looking for a shocking film and this one sounds like it has my name on it. Reply to this

I finally tracked this movie down and proceeded to watch this light hearted romp through an SS medical experimentation camp. Definitely not a date movie (though I imagine you'd be in for an interesting night if your date actually sat through this).
I loved the soundtrack and Gabriele Carrara was in great form in the few scenes where he had any actual dialogue besides yelling 'Jawohl, mein oberfuhrer! Mach schnell!' or other such cheesy Nazi oneliners. It is a shame he didn't do anything after this because I seriously dig this guy, Reply to this

I finally saw it myself, too. Whoo, damn, Brad wasn't kidding when he said 'no hope whatsoever.' I agree with you on all counts, soundtrack especially; the music that plays during the corpse revival scene was actually rather touching. BTW, wasn't it Crazy Kurt instead Karl?
As disturbing as it was, I enjoyed watching it in that scared/guilty pleasure kind of way alongside House on the Edge of the Park and Last House on Dead End Street. Worst part though... I can think of a one or two dates who could sit through this. Reply to this

At 15:10, I was like WTF happened there? Was it a sexual escapade gone terribly wrong?
