I swear, those little clips you showed of this movie had more swastikas in them than 'Inside The Third Reich' and 'Downfall' combined.

Love the format for this series of reviews. Kind of like the Algonquin Roundtable but with wierd movies.

This was an entertaining video with a fun, casual approach to film reviews. Unfortunately, the video regularly seized up as I watched it. Any ideas?

    One thing:
Isn't the saxophone soundtrack in 'SS Girls' an anachronism?
According to one of our History lectures, Hitler regarded jazz as a depraved form of music. As such, most Nazis wouldn't be caught dead listening to it.

I eagerly look forward to future entries in the Bruno Mattei show, and wonder if you would enlist Spoony for one of them?

Quantum you are absolutely correct, Jazz was actually repressed under the Nazi regime, but this is Bruno Mattei. His films (and probably his over-all views) make "300" look authentic (and almost watchable).

What the hell is wrong with 300?

Wait, let me rephrase that question...

Why is 300 an 'unwatchable' film? I thought it was pretty good.

Wow, WOMEN'S PRISON MASSACRE is your favourite Mattei film? It's full of sleazy absurdity and the cork trick is pretty awesome, but I find RATS: NIGHT OF TERROR or HELL OF THE LIVING DEAD way more entertaining.

Hah, this was a lot of fun to watch! It could used a bit more lighting, but considering the locale it's totally understandable.

For me the slider didn't move for the video, so I thought that it was because it was just a huge video "oh my god, is this like 4 hours? This is going to be awesome." But it was just Blip.tv slipping.

Look forward to seeing more of these, Brad!

PS: Also, what're you doing drinking, mister?

WOW! His reviews are getting worse, why can't he just stick with his Cinema Snob style, that was a good style but this just sucks. This should've just been a cinema snob style review instead of this garbage.

I like that Brad is trying new stuff. The Snob is great, but I like seeing what else he has in mind. I enjoyed this because it wasn't just him, he discussed this with other people and they fed off of each other, it was refreshing. Give the guy a chance, it seems like most people here are liking the results.

The Brad reviews are hit and miss for me. Feels too much like watching a vlog at times. Big Box and Public domain theater are friggin awesome though. But that's why the links are on the left. If I want to check to see if there's new Snob and skip the rest, I can check to see if there's new Snob. I'm happy and have nothing to bitch about.

I think some enjoy the intimate unscripted sorta nature of the Brad reviews, while others like me prefer the scripted comedic stuff. Just a matter of taste.

However until we're paying the man he can do as he pleases with his website. He owes us nothing.

So if you have some sort of hate comment to send, at least have the decency to put a decent "argument" and not just "this just sucks"

I do think though that you might wanna look into the lighting of these items though. It was too dark. Also I don't know if it's possible but try to get all 3 of you in one shot. It felt that Sarah wasn't part of the conversation at times.

I loved the video but there seemed to be some blip.tv encoding bugs. The video wouldn't full screen properly (instead it just showed at the same resolution, just with black borders around the entire monitor, it didn't enlarge) and also the video did not properly display a time remaining counter, the time remaining was always 0.00. Minor technical nitpitcks more to make you aware of them, THE VIDEO'S VERY FUNNY!

After watching this, I ask myself, "Just how much stock footage can one Italian director use?" Night of the Zombies a.k.a Hell of the Living Dead works as an unintentional comedy untill the last ten minutes when it becomes a social commentary. Whew!!! Pierre Kirby nor Robert Ginty cannot save this thing.

I like this very much. Very informative and funny. Good shit ! Although, the lack of lighting bothered me (I guess that can't be helped when shooting in a place like that). Also, I felt bad for Sarah who was sitting off camera a lot of the time, even when she had something to say the camera didn't pan over to her. You might want to try to find a better angle or something the next time ?

    Keep up the awesomeness .

Nice first episode; the corner seat of the bar sets a very nice atmosphere for a discussion as does every discussion.
I finally saw this movie recently and honestly, the first half is where all the fun is. Macha Magall, Marina Daunia and most of the other girls are scrumptious and Gabriele Carrara's hilarious, but from the love triangle up to the end the movie is a galactic downer. It's still a good and comical movie, though.
